Les Maisons des Balcons
Two modern houses overlooking Frahan, connected by their terraces and shared with us for the weekend. Perched right on the edge of the valley, they blend beautifully into the surrounding nature while offering the spectacular views Rochehaut is known for. This will be our Venue for the weekend.
Shared Comforts
Our venue features comfortable living spaces, fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms, billiards and foosball, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and have fun.
When it’s time to unwind, the shared wellness space has an eight-person jacuzzi, infrared cabin and Italian-style shower. And outside, a large south-facing terrace looks out across Frahan and the valley below.

Once a booking is confirmed, whoever leads the room picks the actual bedroom off the floor plan, so book early if you care which one you get.
Standard
From €85 Per Person, Per Night
Comfortable double rooms with an open-plan bathroom, giving the room a bright and spacious feel. Each room has a flatscreen TV and free wifi, so you can wind down after a day of exploring, relaxing or socialising.
When you’re ready to leave the room, the shared spaces are just upstairs: a cosy lounge with a gas fireplace, a modern kitchen and dining area, plus billiards, foosball and the shared wellness facilities.
Premium
From €95 Per Person, Per Night
Each premium room has a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom, and full-sized windows that let in plenty of light and offer a lovely view of the valley. And if that isn't enough, this room also comes with a private jacuzzi to wind down in after a wonderful day.
You’ll also have easy access to all the shared comforts of the houses, from the cosy lounge and fireplace to the billiards, foosball and a wellness area downstairs. And when the weather allows, the terrace is waiting just outside.

Free parking can be found in front of the venue, with more along the main road. Public transport is limited in the village, so we recommend asking other attendees for a lift from a nearby train station.
