The terms and conditions you agree to when booking your place at Rochehowl. Please take a moment to read them before completing your booking, so everyone knows what to expect for the weekend.

A bed in a shared house for 3 nights, from 12 – 15 March 2027, plus anything extra you choose to add during registration.
Rooms are priced per person, per night, with VAT included. Travel and insurance are not included in the price, and you’ll need to arrange these yourself.
You’ll need an account to register for Rochehowl. If you have an invitation code, enter it first. Once it’s accepted, the rest of the registration will unlock.
Add your room and any extras to your cart. Your cart will hold them for a short while, giving you time to complete your booking. If you leave without checking out, they’ll be released back for others.
Once you proceed to payment, your order is locked in and the prices are captured as they were at that moment.
Payment is made by bank transfer. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation with the details needed to complete the payment.
Once your order is locked, you’ll have a set deadline to complete your payment. We’ll send you email reminders as the deadline approaches, so you won’t have to keep an eye on the calendar yourself.
If payment isn’t received by the deadline, your registration will be cancelled and the spot will be released for someone else to book.
If you need to cancel your booking, email us at info@rochehowl.be and we’ll help you through the process as best we can.
Whoever books the room becomes the room lead and receives the group code. The code becomes active once the room has been paid for and can only be used for the room type it was created for.
If the room leader leaves, the longest-standing member of the room takes over as the new leader.
If the last member leaves, the room is released and becomes available for someone else to book.
Once the room has been paid for, the room leader can choose the actual bedroom from the floor plan.
Each bedroom can only be assigned to one group, so once it’s taken, it’s off the table for everyone else.
By booking a place at Rochehowl, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct. It forms part of these terms and applies throughout the event.
The house is rented for the weekend, so please treat it like you would your own home. You’re responsible for any damage you cause during your stay.
If, for any reason, the event cannot go ahead, we’ll let you know as soon as we know. We’ll keep you updated with any important information along the way.
